Disaster Events Public Microblogging Media Frame Rendering

Before2008, the commonweal organization has not been valued in our country. After Wenchuan earthquake there are more and more people began to care about this issue. With the development of Newmedia, Sina Micro-blogging population has reached critical mass in China, with users in the critical30to40age group increasing quickly. Sina Micro-blogging play a vitally important role in Ya’an earthquake, Sina Micro-blogging have become the forum of choice for Chinese to pass on news and assistance requirements towards Ya’an earthquake. The characteristics of weibo could pass urgency massage in a very short time and it can also spread message widely to attracting social attention. In the past six years, Chinese public welfare has shown tremendous growth Went through Ya’an earthquake.Red Cross Society of China and One Foundation attracted a lot of attention during Ya’an earthquake, the attention they have got in real world were quite different from cyber world, why this special situation happened? Ignore the factor of social interference factor, We can only from the text structure of Micro-bolgging study the difference of media frame. In this thesis, I choose two representative organizations. There are Red Cross Society of China and The One Foundation. Both of them have a powerful influence. From the point of frame theory conducting research into community organization’s Microblog. The thesis tries to find out the reason why they have different media frame and how this special frame formed. For the same event what’s the different of their focus. My thesis has three parts. The first part is introduction which systematically analyzes the theory of media frame. The second part is main body which briefly introduces the background and shows the internal mechanism of media frame. The third part is conclusion. The essay expounds the comparison of media frame respectively from lower level, middle level and high level to reveal how media frame works between different media organization. In the fifth chapter, based on their different of frame, this thesis put forward some relevant advices to improve the development of commonweal organization and create a healthy Weibo environment.
