Along with the network’s popularization and the development of barrier-free technology, part of the Physically Disabled Children have been able to conveniently use the Internet, network information, network learning platform, network game, network gradually emerging media such as interactive tools into their daily life. Network media broaden the mutilation of children’s information vision and interpersonal space, at the same time, it also brought some problems such as Internet addiction, redundancy effect. How to guide the mutilation of children correct interpretation and use of network media, improve the mutilation of children network media literacy has become an urgent issue.This study focus on the Physically Disabled Children, many of them is disabled in the wenchuan earthquake in2008. With the help of post-disaster reconstruction, the communities and families, which these children have been living in, have undergone the big change of the fast-urbanization and informatization. The plans and constructions of "Digital Campus" in their school provide conveniences to disabled children to get and use the Internet. With the popularity of the Internet, Internet media has become an important force in society of disabled children. With the reconstruction after the disaster, the community and family they lived have undergone a rapidly turning of urbanization and informatization. The project and the construction of "digital campus" offer conveniences to disabled children to surf the internet. As time goes by, internet has become a significant way for them to know the unknown world.From the media literacy education development experience of good countries and regions, good network media literacy can present the network information identification, interpretation and use of the network information resources, network behavior management and so on. This study argues that ascension of Physical Disabled Children’s network media literacy need the cooperation of our families and schools to create a good network media environment, guide the mutilation of children to form the network media reasonable cognition; In turn, depends on the organized network media literacy education curriculum, cultivate the physical disabled children’s independent inquiry ability. The ultimate goal is to guide the physical disabled children rationally use the network, promote their growth and development.
