In 2015, the prime minister Li Keqiang put forward the concept of "Internet +" and formulated the corresponding implementation plan during the two sessions for the first time,saying that the Internet's rapid development produced a positive role in promoting economic transformation in nationally traditional industries. The government shall make great efforts to promote the mobile Internet, Internet of things, cloud computing to combine with modern manufacturing industries. The concept and operation mode of Internet+ traditional industries emerged at the appropriate historic moment. It accelerated the development of traditional industries, creating a new kind of ecological pattern under the new big data environment. In recent years, along with the development of network technologies, the constant updating,popularity and use of mobile devices, the mobile Internet has caused a boom in China,becoming the mainstream of the network and the consumption environment. And under the impetus of the "Internet +" mode, the traditional clothing industry integrated the openness,mobility and convenience of mobile Internet, which caused fundamental changes in its marketing environment and channels, from the traditional department stores and exhibitions to online shopping later, and then to social networking platform, mobile commerce,interactive media and other means and channels nowadays under multiple and three-dimensional promotion environment of mobile Internet. The Chinese clothing brand was faced with new opportunities and challenges.In view of the new environment and challenge, this article places clothing brand promotion in to the consumption environment of the mobile Internet. First of all, the article studies the relevant theoretical knowledge and the connection between the mobile Internet and clothing brand promotion;Secondly,it discusses the dependence of consumers on mobile devices, analyzing the advantages and necessity of brand promotion under the mobile Internet,and making classification and description of the emergence, characteristics and development prospects of the mobile internet;It puts forward the innovative strategy of the clothing brand promotion,which including social hot spots, social media, interactive experience, network phenomena and multi platform business, with regard to mobile Internet environment in combination with its advantages and the actual situation of the clothing brand operation;Finally, it explores to make use of the strategy of clothing brand promotion under themobile Internet, carrying on the practical application to photosynthetic energy, so as to confirm its practicality and a kind of certain market value.The application results show that in the 4G era under the rapid development of information technology, in order to operate in a sound way, the enterprises should pay attention to consumers' shopping experience, deepening the brand's creative interactions with consumers. The enterprises should insist on the principle of the supremacy of customers,adapting to the consumers' spending habits and the development of network fashion in order to improve the brand's promotion strategies and brand extension services. When focusing on creating the sales performance, the enterprises should let the brand provide consumers with more convenience, interaction and interesting experience, and form the main body for double promotion to consumers, so as to adapt to the development of mobile Internet and the needs of mobile market.It is hope that the study of this topic can provide a certain theoretical support and practical reference for the future clothing enterprises to utilize the mobile Internet for brand promotion, so as to produce positive guidance and impetus for the future promotion of clothing brands.
