With the advancement of informatization and modernization,the research and design on various large antennas is endless.All devices that transmit information by using electromagnetic waves are inevitably rely on the antenna to complete the work.For example,in the broadcasting,television,radio,electronic warfare,radar,navigation,remote sensing,radio astronomy and other engineering systems are related to the use and research of large antenna.In the process of large-scale antenna design and utilization,the antenna needs to be suspended and kept in different states or angles,for which the design on the five-point synchronous lifting system is proposed in this paper.In this paper,the design on the suspension of large-scale antenna is carried out.The mechanical and control system of the five-point synchronous lifting system are designed and finished via analyzing the system function requirements and the design qualification.A complete mechanical design is finished via analyzing the functional requirements of the mechanical actuator,including the specific structure,connection method,working principle and so on.According to the design requirements,the selection,verification and error and accuracy analysis of the important components of the mechanical system are performed in this paper.According to the requirements of the control system,the controller and its extension module are selected and the IO port is allocated.Hardware overall connection scheme and the power supply circuit and control circuit of system are designed.The control system consists of a touch screen and two PLC slave computers.Touch screen as master computer,exchanges information with two PLC slave computers via the use of Ethernet communication.PLC controls the servo motor to drive the mechanical actuator movement by receiving and executing the master computer command to achieve the lifting of five points and the separate adjustment.Meanwhile,the settings of position,speed,lifting mode and other operating parameters and the real-time display of system status also can be achieved by touching the screen.In order to ensure the accuracy of the lifting system,the controller uses Modbus communication mode to communicate with servo driver to achieve the real-time feedback of the operating state information and the formation of closed-loop control.Also,a parameter conversion processing method is proposed to eliminating the mechanical structure of the lifting error.In this paper,the design on the five-point synchronous lifting system is easy to maintain,stable performance,safe and reliable,good interactivity,operability and other characteristics.The design and application of the system will greatly improve the automation level of large precision equipment lifting system such as antennas,as well as the efficiency and safety of precision equipment developers and users.
