C/S is the main traditional mobile terminal communication, because of its over-reliance on the support of Internet servers, communication are often unable to complete in case of no access to the Internet. Bluetooth is convenient for short distance communication, but its characteristics also hinder its further development, this courage people to explore more new ways to communicate. intelligent terminal equipment have integrated Wi-Fi module, which can make mobile phone access to the Internet quicker, but people tend to ignore the direct connection between the phone via Wi-Fi, In desperate circumstances of the external Internet condition, this connection is very important. Compared with the traditional technology of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi based network able to provide better communication efficiency with longer communication distance, which is one of the best ways of information exchange and data sharing under a short distance between the phone. Based on this, this paper makes full use of mobile phone system resources, and designs a information exchange and data sharing system through mutual connection between the phone via Wi-Fi, which explore new ways to use short-range Wi-Fi environment and push technology to serve people better.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and the current status of research, discuss the significance and feasibility. Then, set up the Internet network based on Wi-Fi via android intelligent mobile phone platform. Based on this, we explore basic application functions after the mobile phones are interconnected, and we have achieve functions such as instant message communication, file classification management, file transfer and sharing and local Services. In the established Internet network, users can take advantage of the functionality provided by the system, create, find and join a mobile hotspot, communicate with the users via group communication and one to one communication in the same network, and can achieve fast file transfer and sharing in the interconnected Internet network timely, maintain a dynamic client user list management and document classification at the same time, all of which rich mobile equipment interconnection information sharing and communication. Finally, we will explore the system’s implementation and testing process based on the Android platform. Solve the problems encountered during the actual development, we could provide good ideas to the next explore.The system can effectively solve the problem of wireless Internet communications; It can provide faster file transfers and better communication without of the Internet Server.
