Research On The Information Sharing Mechanism And Interconnection Of The Expressway Network

With the society progress, the expressway presents the network-situation in our country. Each province has formed the developed expressway-network, which has provided convenient, comfortable and rapid traveling way to the public; Freight on many ways such as being in harmony, collecting and distributing, being transported by and being serving also in information interactive has developed the high efficiency and the high grade. Its vital function has obtained the high approval from the social. But in experience, although every monitoring system has made management convenient and driving security , the level on service of inner-information network on expressway as well as the issue , dispatch and sharing of network information are still monotonous. Each road basically is at one kind of close or half close condition. Accident-dealing and information feedback are not timely. The efficiency is low; moreover it is also disadvantageous to the information data statistics, the analysis, the management. This represents the obvious disparity with the expressway management and the service increasingly high demands from the public.In view of this kind of situation, this article propose one kind of information sharing mechanism of the expressway network based on the nowadays management system, which serve the expressway networking as the designing background and other transportation domains, and one kind of information sharing and interconnection solution of the expressway network based on this kind of mechanism----Heterogeneous Monitoring System Information Sharing Platform. This mechanism defines the exchanging-data-form and the working flow between various road and the various subsystems of ITS ; It establishes the model of information sharing and incident management on expressway ;It constructs platform for the information sharing technical and the environment to various road sections in the region scope, which support the multiple source heterogeneous information of ITS to exchange; It creates the platform for the information resource conformity of ITS and completes the corresponding data processing ,the memory and the distribution information processing. It is a solution to the information sharing and interconnection among the heterogeneous monitoring systems without changing the current management system.
