The Intelligent Information Management Systems Based On Android Phone

Nowadays, with the rapid development of the mobile Internet, the mobile phone terminal and its operating system are developing at a high speed,Android has largest market share.This is mainly because of its excellent performance and rich application.At the same time, the business and geographical coverage of many companies continue to expand, the number and scope of activities of field staff increases.So,it also increases the difficulty of enterprise attendance management.However, there are a lot of problems in the existing employee attendance management applications,for example, the equipment layout costs are too high, there is the phenomenon of substitute attendance,the function is too simple and so on. For the current existing problems,the paper designs and implements an intelligent information management system based on Android.The main work of this paper is as follows:1、Putting forward a measures to realize the dynamic attendance with the smart phone as a mobile carrier and combine with smart phone mobile positioning function to collect staff’s attendance of location information,which is used to match the system attendance area.The measure not only reduces the cost of enterprise management, but also ensure the accuracy of the attendance;2、Binding mobile phone only device number with the daily attendance of the login account to realize the employee identity authentication,which can ensure the authenticity of the employee attendance and avoid the substitute attendance phenomenon among employees;3、Adding some tools commonly used in daily life of employees, such as: weather forecast,real-time positioning, important matters to remind function and so on,which not only bring great convenience to give the staff’s daily work and life,but also solve the too simple system function problem;Finally, this paper complete the functional and performance test for each module of intelligent information management system. The test results show that they meet the expected requirements and improve the efficiency of enterprise management.
