With the rapid development of network communications, LSI and other technology and the present of the related concepts of Internet of Things, RFID, as one of the Internet of things technologies, is considered as the third wave of science and technology in the process of the world’s information industry development, and is approved by countries around the world. RFID technologies have been gradually applied to the traffic control, vehicle management, enterprise production, cargo tracking, asset management, intelligent household, warehouse management, and many other fields. However, due to the vulnerable to environmental disturbance, the read rate is always a big challenge to RFID readers, bringing influence to the enterprise actual application. Aiming at this problem, a checking clothes channel system based on EPC is designed and implemented, solve the problem of slow speed and low accuracy in the logistics process of the product packing and quantity counting, realize the batch, remote, automatic identification of products, further improve the efficiency of the logistics process, and ultimately improve the enterprise benefits.A checking clothes channel designed and implemented is composed of the processing software of EPC tag and checking channel hardware. Among them, the hardware part consists of channel transmission device and EPC readers; The software part mainly includes the EPC codec algorithm, filtering and statistics of EPC and other functions. The paper briefly introduces the fault-tolerant design of channel hardware, emphatically introduces the software design and implementation of checking clothes channel, including the development kit interface of RFID readers, the reader management, the filtering and statistics of redundant EPC data.The checking channel designed and implemented has been actual tested. Choosing children’ clothing of GARMAN Clothing as the test object, each piece of clothing worn an EPC label, and they are packed to boxes according to different quantity. The actual accuracy of testing results reach99.99%. The above result can improve the efficiency of enterprise logistics management, and enhance the level of enterprise management.
