With the rapid development of the information society, popularization of the networktechnology application and the appearance of IOT(Internet of Things). The modern officeautomation is becoming more wisdom, hommization and informatization. In order to realizeeffective management, Scientific and reasonable personnel performance evaluation, Thedemand of the paperless office for information security, the auto-identification of people,goods and information and data security are becoming more and more urgent.This paper proposed the radio frequency identity tags unit with living fingerprintauthentication is a portable devices, which integrates the living fingerprint Identificationtechnology, RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification), NFC technology (Near FieldCommunication) and electronic signature function. The living fingerprint identification canensure living the reliability of the identity authentication, using a biometric identity tagsinstead of traditional knowledge (such as user name and password) can improve the practical,convenience and safety. The unit integrate the UHF RFID tag, which can communicate withRFID device in contactless way, realize automatic identification, tracking and record inBarrier-free Environment. The NFC technology provides a better solution for managingofficial files, goods and near field identification verification. The peer-to-peer communicationmode of NFC can be used to high level identification verification by sending the verificationinformation, which contains fingerprints and unit. The card operation mode of NFC makes theunit like tranditional ID identification cards and realizes fast identification verification. Thereader/writer mode of NFC can realize the tracking and management of files and goodsmovement by writing the information of owner, unit identification and time down toelectronic tags attached to them. In order to adapt the paperless office in terms of the reality,security and reliability of electronic file, the unit integrates the electronic signature function torealize the functions such as encryption/decryption, digital watermarking and electronicsignature. The mainly works of this paper is that:1. Discussed the background and signification of the unit and introduced the RFID,NFC, living fingerprint identification and electronic signature. 2. Introduced the hardware structure, the chip selection and hardware circuit design ofRFID unit in detail.3. Introduced the function mode design of the unit, including main flow, fingerprintmodule work mode, NFC module and electron signature module work mode and soon.
