The performance evaluation of the informatization of basic education, theeducation administrative departments have a correct understanding of the technologydevelopment level and change the trend of the future, so as to provide scientific basisfor the basic education informatization decision, in order to reduce thedecision-making process of the subjectivity and blindness. The performanceevaluation of the establishment of a fair and objective of basic educationinformatization evaluation system, is particularly important. In this context, in-depthstudy and Research on the performance evaluation of basic education informatization.Firstly,this paper introduces the background, significance and content of theresearch topic, research at home and abroad are summarized. Through the analysis ofthe factors influencing the performance of basic education informatization, combinedwith the research on performance evaluation of basic education informatization,constructs a set conforms to our country national condition performance of basiceducation informatization evaluation index system, determine the index weight. TheBP neural network and its algorithm, analyzes and summarizes the deficiencies of theexisting BP algorithm and the improved method, puts forward an improved BPalgorithm, and the improved algorithm simulation experiment.This paper focuses on the discussion and implementation of educationinformatization performance evaluation BP neural network tool MATLAB basedmodeling. Completed the BP network modeling and performance evaluation of basiceducation informationization, process of BP network algorithm for performanceevaluation is given; simulation of the performance evaluation of the improved BPalgorithm based on the basic education informationization. Finally, the model istrained and tested using survey data, are within5%error test results, the evaluationresult has very high reference value, it proved high stability that MATLAB BPartificial neural network on the basis of the Education InformationizationPerformance Evaluation.
