Design Of The Continuing Education Information System For The ZS Public Security Bureau

A high quality of people’s police force is an important part of China to raise theoverall literacy of public servants, since2000, the Public Security Ministry attachesgreat importance to the further education project serving police officers, which is amajor initiative of the people’s police ranks. Distance education serving police officerscontinuing education is an urgent requirement of the needs of the situation, but also theeducational institutions and the vast majority of police officers. Therefore, creating aserving police officers further education distance learning and management system tobecome a top priority. This project is in this context Zhongshan further educationinformation systems research and development.In this paper, the main work is as follows:(1) according to the implementation of in-service officers of zhongshan city remotecontinuing education’s actual demand, zhongshan on-the-job police continue toeducation status quo analyzed.(2) in the modern distance education and learning theory under the guidance ofexisting on-the-job police continue to education mode were discussed, and put forwardsuitable for continue education environment on the basis of the system model oflearning.(3) based on the model of the path module, position module and learning module andtheir mutual relations research, the design can meet the demand of developmentcontinue to educators personalized recommendation system.The value of this study is that the characteristics of further education for servingpolice officers, a personalized recommendation system based on community-driven andWeb data mining models, and the building blocks of this model are discussed. Itstheoretical significance is that: In order to meet the further education requirements ofserving police officers, this study of existing learner information module expansion, thisis a useful exploration of learner information module. The study of the characteristics ofadult further education network support, build resources push module and learning pathnavigation module to supplement the traditional learning system.In this study, personalized learning system build for serving police officers further education, is alsoactively exploring a lifelong learning mode.This study is proposed in the context of the era of lifelong learning and learningsociety, for the actual needs of the development of distance education personalizeddesigned full advantage of the network learning, improve the tradition of serving policeofficers further education mode, Zhongshan Public Security Continuing EducationBureau network remote system implementation program.
