With development of the computer science, communication andnetwork technology swiftly, our behaviors in daily life and works arechanging now. The multi-media based on the network technology and theInternet is becoming more mature and the Internet is more popular anduseful in different fields, the remote-education is more possible in thereality according to the supporting from technologies.Theremote-education system based on the Internet is an teaching softwaresystem transferring data and information through the network. The systemis a distributed education system depend on the Internet, it makes thehigher efficiency of the education resource. Meanwhile, there is nolimitation or boundary of region and data/time in this education system. Itwill be the one of the major method for the remote-education according tothe trends of international and home. In order to make the computer network playing a important role in teaching adequately, further advanced the reform of teaching mode, teachingmethod and means, this thesis first carries out an analysis into theadvantages and disadvantages of international and nationalremote-education status, modern teaching theory of teaching modes andcurrent computer software, hardware technology, network technology, thendesign a remote-education system for the students who participate innational test of self-Taught. Based on the Knowledge Point, theremote-education system integrates the inter-linked parts of theteaching-and-learning process, and it break through of the traditionaleducation models that realize the various links in the teaching-and-learningprocess separately with the chapter and section. The remote-educationsystem analyzes the data of teaching and learning multi-dimensionally,thus making it possible to intelligently guide the student with references onthe optimized learning methods and provide the teacher with help in termsof teaching strategies and tactics.The thesis supplies an ideal of aevaluation system based on Item Response Theory and BP Neural Networktechnology for self-Taught students to test their knowledge grasps degree.The evaluation system proposes are expected to markedly enhance theapplicability of distance remote-education.The paper discuss how tochoose the network architecture,development kit,database server andvideo server,also safty of system is discussed.Finally, the paper researchesthe principles,methods about optimizing design for database physical model for Web.
