The Research And Implementation Of Push Platform For Surveillance Video Based On Mobile Terminal

With the rapid development of economy, science and technology, Malignant emergencies caused by the social conflicts are growing strongly. bringing the great harm to society. More or less, Surveillance video has limited its development.Recently, a research has found that people have enough time to stop the crime after they found the potential hazards. But because of much numbers of surveillance video, negligence of security personnel and delay when policy-makers get the live video, surveillance video almost become a tool to trace criminal. It has become an urgent expect to handle the unexpected abnormal event timely. In this paper, Push technology has been used in surveillance video scenes. The PUSH technology has changed the traditional way of obtaining information. People should take the initiative to visit the information in the traditional way, and we call it is Pull. Push mode requires people to receive information passively. When the alarm event occurs, the video clips will been pushed to the intelligent terminals. In this way, we can have a timely and effective suppression of crime and keep society safe.This paper explores and analyzes the PUSH technology used in mobile terminals. and discusses both advantages and disadvantages of various methods. Also, this paper researches the development technology on the Android operating system. Then designed a program which can push the surveillance video to mobile terminals.This paper extends the function of PUSH technology to get better performance in the field of video surveillance. In the third-party push service, this paper put the push technology applied in video monitoring field of security. Once alert event occurs, the server starts push service. According to push association rules, the server will pushed the captured early-warning of video and other data to the mobile terminal. After receiving the information pushed by server, the APP will alarm a bell to remind users to view the early-warning video. And then users can make decisions via the video to avoid the loss.Finally, the paper has carried on the detailed design of platform, established a precise and efficient push association rules. After a pushing test, the effect is timely and precise and video played on the mobile terminal is clear.
