Now digital periodical databases have become an indispensable resource acquisition mode to schools, research institutes, enterprises and individuals, How to choose the most appropriate database in many digital journals database, becoming one of the most pressing current issues to be addressed. After the introduction of the database, how to evaluate these databases, the moment there is not a perfect evaluation system architecture, The paper is to be such a demand creation.Establish an evaluation system is a practical issue, It must be able to evaluate academic, applicability, operability, efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the database and so on. Our country evaluation of digital resources for the development of late, currently domestic digital resource evaluation methods also varied. In this paper, According to experts and scholars’research from domestic and foreign, selecting the basic universal indicators, that can do a general evaluation. In the evaluation method, we choose to use more frequently in the field of evaluation methods-AHP. Many experts and scholars use to indicate that AHP is commendable in the field of evaluation.In this thesis, Chapter1introduces the research background and significance of the paper, as well as the current status of research in this field at home and abroad, providing a reference for the paper after research, finally, this paper describes the research content, research methods and innovations; Chapter2introduces a comprehensive database of digital resources assessment methodology, as well as the general process evaluation; Chapter3is an important part of the paper, on the basis of Chapter1and Chapter2, according to the idea from the particular to the general, this paper proposed a digital resource database evaluation index system——5secondary indicators,25three indicators,54four indicators, and these indicators are described, as well as data acquisition mode, let each indicator has a workable. Chapter4is assigned index system that presented in Chapter3, on the basis of the questionnaire, using AHP method to determine the weight of the index, weights reflect the size is an important indicator of the extent of the target. In this paper, ultimately determine the weights of five secondary indicators,25three indicators and54indicators; Chapter5is an illustration of part of the thesis, selecting the digital resource database for example and evaluating the selected database, to determine the value of a database, also proves this thesis index system operability.
