In the1970s, since the credible concept was presented by Marsh in the internetresearch, it has always been concerned by many academics and business. Now,Because of web services has been used by more and more client, many people arebeginning to provide Web services, which have a lot of opportunistic people in it.How to make Web services more credible has become a problem to be solved.Many Web Services have been concerned by people, and researchers always payclose attention on the quality of service. Credibility is a subjective experience of users,that we cannot be ignored. This paper is considering the credibility of web serviceswhich based on QoS. The objects have characteristics of high blurring and significantimpact, so is very suitable for using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm toachieve it. But there are some disadvantages, such as malicious evaluation and lowresistance. While compared with the actual situation, traditional Web service modelhave many defects.To solve these problems, this paper present new measures which are based onformer research:(1) For the shortage of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, in this paper,make improve on the standard fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, let it hasmore resistance to malicious evaluation.(2) In the study of similar users matching algorithm, according to the situation ofthe large amount of data, this paper puts forward a method based on classifying dataaccording to the type.This method can get a more accurate result of the calculation ofthe user similarity. It can also reduce the algorithm perform actually to a certain extentat the same time.(3) In order to make the Web service information more credible, this paperincreases QoS updating, data processing and trusted module based on the traditionalWeb credible service model. Specific contents are described in Chapter IV. At the same time user evaluation factors are also to be considered, which make the Webservice value not depends on the information provided by the service provider only.Finally, combined with the improved algorithm and model, gives the final result of thee-commerce sites.
