| In This article the author is going to find out if users of news app have been empowered due to the convenient ways to access information and the unrestricted paths to publish comments. This article is a case study about Net easy News App. Through the analysis of data collected from the contents and the comments of "Voice of Today". This is one of the net ease news original columns. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods to classify the text messages that users produced every day, and to evaluate their performance on different levels of empowerment. Through this study, the empowerment of mobile news app users’comments can be summarized as following.The empowerment of mobile news app users’comments showed great conflict of their personal presence and sense of responsibility on the individual empowerment level of self-efficacy. Comments and communication under the mobile news app does not bring positive results at the individual level. On the interpersonal level, users are easy to achieve multi-directional and multi-effect information and share information resources, one to one supervision to relieve social pressures have been achieved. The empowerment of mobile news app users’comments on the group level shows that comments and communication happened there brings a positive and effective channel to reach the group members, and create a great sense of belonging. Highly relies on community brings great possibility to make efficiency plans in the future. On the citizen level, empowerment is weak. What members now can do are discussion on political affairs. It will be a long time for them to be empowerment on the citizen level. |
