As the non-securities capital tangible market, there is no uniform trading rules and business standards for technology equity exchange market. Therefore, it will play a positive role to establish an information service system for technology equity exchange market.The system is designed based on MVC mode, adopting Struts2+Spring as framework, MySQL as the database management system, Java and JavaScript as the development language, with Eclipse development platform for the development and debugging.
