With the increasingly mature of Web services technology, more and more stable and useful web services functions are shared on the network. As an important value-added function, the web services composition provides the application basis for its reuse and automatic integration. In dynamic web services composition, there are lots of web services of the same function, so it has become an issue that how to select the appropriate web services that can not only meet users'requirements but also get the best execution effect. Now web services selection has become the focus of researching.This thesis proposed a kind of services selection mechanism orienting QoS business and a four-storey services organization view model (WSOVM). The model used view mechanism to achieve the hierarchical organization of the services. Services organization view is a four-layer structure which includes business logical layer, the child logic layer, functions layer and services layer. In addition, different applications need different business requirements in reality, therefore, WSOVM model will be established facing to non-functional attributes of a domain's specific business needs and only the services which is relate to the attributes are concerned, which will greatly narrow the scope of services options and improve the efficiency of services composition and selection.This thesis described the WSOVM model's organizational structure, construction methods and the interface of each layer in detail, which also defined a standard description document of the model. Based on the comprehensive and logical definition of WSOVM, the services organization view maker is designed which orients business QoS services selection system. The services organization view maker will assist users in accordance with their application needs with identifying alternative set of services and support the dynamic composition of Web services and the selection of the best services composition instance in this collection.WSOVM model organizes and manages Web services, which can be applied to the process of discovery,selection, replacement, flow modeling and composition services execution of dynamic Web services on the basis of meeting users'needs, thus the complexity of achieving the key steps above-mentioned is simplified and the efficiency of dynamic Web services composition is improved.
