The Design And Implementation Of MVC Framework Based SHANG HAI CTAIS

With the development of "GOLDEN TAX PROJECT", now CHINA TAX BUREAU redesigns the CTAIS(China Taxation Administration Information System), safe and stability is the target of redesign. Because of the special geography and history, the SHANG HAI CTAIS is more complex than the CTAIS of other provinces. So we should consider it from any aspects. The GOLDEN TAX PROJECT III is update version to enhance the function, technology, operation and data optimizing of four subsystem of GOLDEN TAX PROJECT II. The CTAIS will establish seven subsystems: Manage Subsystem, Collection Subsystem, Audit Subsystem, punishment Subsystem, Execute Subsystem, Relief Subsystem, Surveillance Subsystem. All of these will coupling any demand of grass roots tax bureau.Contrapose the character of SHANG HAI CTAIS, we take the standard MVC model which base on the Spring + Hibernate + WebLogic .The whole framework design as B/S construction, exhibit as Web page which base on Spring Web framework.This paper describes following parts:1. The achievement of SHANG HAI CTAIS which bases on Spring + Hibernate + WebLogic frameworks.2. The multi-tiered structure of CTAIS, and then will describe how to design and achieve this target and the final framework.3. Introduce the design and application of CSS SWORD PLATFORM and CSS SWORD WORKFLOW. Especially describe how to empolder the shutout function of Manage Subsystem.4. At last this paper will shows the achievement of SHANG HAI CTAIS includes some use cases of Register Module, WORKFLOW Module and the Taxman Management System.With the evolve of CTAIS project, the platform and frameworks will be validated practically and more stabile.
