Design And Implementation Of Construction Drawing Management System

Along with city scale of our country expanded constantly, the archives of subdistrict office increased dramatically. The archives of subdistrict office information management is the focus of the work, the face of so much information, use the manual way to seriously affect the subdistrict office record of efficiency. For example, view all the archives information, if you use traditional management methods need to check the files for all archives in the class, so even a small check is too much, not to mention the synthesis of the information on the archives record processed.however, our management model of archives stayed in the manual stage and excel stage, which lead to low efficiency and work pressure.This dissertation developed the archives management system of subdistrict office to solve above problems, the system was designed and implemented by using the theory of software engineering and methods and B/S, improving work efficiency and lightening work pressure by using this system.The main contents are as follows:Firstly, the dissertation analyzed detailedly the business requirements of system by interaction with users and worker.and realized the overall structure, functional requirements, non functional requirements, after that, this dissertation analyzed detailed the business requirements of every functional module by UML’s use case diagram.Secondly, the dissertation developed and designed the overall system and finished the design detailed of system according to the business requirements of system, including design of the background database, design of the foreground interface, design of function modules,design of network structure.Thirdly, the dissertation have been to doing implemention and test works of system, firstly, it was implementing this sytem with each functional module(including interface and core algorithm), after that,it was testing detailed the functional module of system, including functional testing and performance testing.Development and Application of the enrollment status management system, which can increase efficiency of the staffs, and it can be optimized to improve the management of the college management level, thus enhancing the overall strength of the subdistrict office.
