According to the practical underwater environment constraints and various samplingchannel requirements, and connecting with the commonly used design characteristics of thesolid-state recorder, we design the multi-channel collection and coding and storing has theacquisition function of multi analog channel, can undertake high speed downlink data throughLVDS, can communicate with control system through RS422, can complete data storage withFLASH storage medium. it is mainly responsible for sensor and transducer output signalacquisition, and the control system of communication, and the connection and communicationwith ground comprehensive test station, etc.Virtually, collection and coding and storing is composed of data gathering and datastorage, data gathering unit can finish the collection of182analog signals and1digital signal,gathering the combination in the process of encoding frame, one data can sent to groundcomprehensive test station for real-time monitoring and storing through LVDS, the other onedata sent to the data memory for storage. The data memory is with double preparations, canrecycle data to get various parameters in the process of the test.The main content of this article is LVDS, RS422, control commands transmission, powersupply and distribution for the four parts to elaborate, and in detail elaborated the keyhardware design and key logic design. To cooperate with the ground equipment, themulti-channel collection finished the simulation unit test, test unit model test, recovery testand so on. The multi-channel collection has completed the harsh environment test, can beused for official trial.
