At present,China’s agricultural product quality in the production, breed aquatics, management and systems are far fromperfect, but our country in terms of agricultural production and operation mode of scattered, so that theproduction of agricultural products difficult to manage,and information flow is not convenient.Therefore,building quality and safety of fresh produce traceability system, to improve production management,information sharing and protection of the quality and safety of fresh produce has a very important practicalsignificance.Based on the beef supply as the research object of fresh agricultural products, in terms of quality andsafety of agricultural products at home and abroad for reference, research experience, using the informationtechnology,. NET technology and database technology, build a set of based on. NET of the prototype of thefresh agricultural products quality and safety traceability system in Xinjiang.In this paper, the mainresearch contents and results are as follows:(1) Studied, analyzed the domestic and foreign research progress on the platform of agriculturalproduct quality safety traceability system and related technology. In this paper, the quality and safety ofagricultural products at home and abroad on the current development of traceability system and itsimplementation techniques are described in detail, and trace platform and its key technology in-depthanalys is of research.(2) Analyses and studies the Petri net modeling theory, according to the actual system requirementcombined with application,Petri net modeling method is proposed, based on Petri net model of breedinglink back and the Petri net breeding link traceability model of tree analysis, and complete the systemmodeling of traceability system.(3) Build the quality of the beef supply safety information database. Beef is analyzed from breedingplace to material and personnel involved in the sales process, built contains the basic information of theproduct, production information, processing information and sales link information such as the quality andsafety of beef supply traceability information database.(4) Build a platform for information traceability of beef quality and safety. Use of informationtechnology and database technology, based on Visual Studio2010and SQL Server2005developmentplatform, the initial completion.NET-based quality and safety of fresh produce in Xinjiang traceabilitysystem design and implementation.Based on the well-studied beef production, processing and marketing of tracking and control otheraspects of the key technologies based on the use of Visual Studio2010software development platformdesigned Xinjiang quality and safety of fresh produce traceability system, has realized the traceability ofbeef quality and safety information and sharing, effectively strengthen the beef quality and safety supervision, enhance the confidence of consumers and improve the market competitiveness of products.
