| From the understanding of the morphology and classification of plants and animals to the exploration of the fission and genetic cells, every milepost progress on biological history is great for the crystallization of human wisdom. In1972,the birth of the "recombinant DNA technology" marks the development of biological technology into the period of modern biological technology which the core technology is genetical modified,GM. GM is widely used in industry, medicine, environmental protection, energy and agriculture and other fields with fast speed.Many countries treat GM as the preemption of technology and stategic choice to enhance the international competition.However, with the rapid development of GM,its risks appears one by one and quickly lead to domestic and foreign publicconcern and discussion. With a series risk controversial incidents happened in1990s,the public fear and risks resistance is rising,the debate of GM gradually appeard the "removed scientific" and "non rational" phenomena, it is not good for the conduction of the pulic objective cognition on GM.News media, as a window on the world, is meanted to construct the people’s mind "image".They organize and product news according to some certain rules,what is called"frmeworks". Theframewoks determines what we can see and not see what. This research is supported by the national major scientific and technological special progect "The demonstration and operation of GMO risk communication platform and communication platform demonstration operation"(number:2011ZX0801), adopt the"news framwork"as the "frmeworks"as the theoritical guidence, attempts to summarizesthe news frameworks features of <Science Daily>on GM; explore the relationship between the news frameworks and social reality and the reason of the formation and evolutioned change.The author find that the media follow the revolution of the issues,highlight the postive benifits of the technology,present the various risks,summarizes the risk management experience;the expert,scholars, government agencies and business organizations are treated as the discourse centre,althought the subject status of public participation and decision is gradually attentioned,but they are still in the periphery of the discourse.The times background&technology policy,the media positioning and reporting style,news routine and internal control is the reason of framewors of <Science Daily>on GM.New media,is both the information channels for scientists to release technology progress news and the communication platform for the public to anticaipate in risk desicition.<Science Daily>’s communication form still attach to much importance on media disclusure and speech function,the public is the object of a passive acceptance of knowledge propaganda.The author think only to give the equal rights to the public of communication and particapation,<Science Daily>can realize the great interaction of human,technology and society and the function of the communication platform. |
