The Application Research Of The Agile Method In The Development Communication Software

Communication technology change rapidly promoted the rapid development of software, communication technology in a short span of20years from2G to the current3G,4G. Under the complex background of this, the software crisis is also more prominent. The software development progress is difficult to predict, it is difficult to control the cost of development, software development and management is not perfect, the quality of software products, the traditional software development methods to overcome these software problems.In order to adapt to the new situation of the development of the communication software, is proposed in this paper. The agile methods will be extensive use, is applied to the development of a Gateway project of our company in. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional software development process and agile development methods, agile software method is introduced in the paper. Agile development is a general term for a group of development method. It emphasizes human centered, iterative way, step by step to software development, the biggest difference between it and traditional development process is, in agile development process, the team is passionate, energetic, able to adapt to changes in demand. They can think is to quickly deliver high quality software products to the user, he put the entire software development into a small development cycle, through active communication and feedback method, so that the agreement reached between developers, business experts and customers, so as to rapidly developed products and efficient.This article is mainly concerned with Scrum method of agile methodologies, after the whole process of Scrum are introduced in detail, combined with an example of Gateway project enterprise, this paper describes in detail the Gateway projects using agile Scrum development process, and the agile Scrum develop in several important process and some problems are analyzed and studied. These processes include: project early customers fuzzy demand identified, development process in the team management, test drive the software quality assurance and continuous integration, in the description of these processes, with a description of the concrete implementation method and flow chart. In customers’ demand analysis, through a concrete example of Gateway project, a simple method is proposed to evaluate the agile small tasks (user stories) workload. In the project management cycle, gave an example of a reconstructed, introduced in the agile development when the customer needs change or expand, to meet customer changes through reconstruction method.By the article’s Scrum introduction, other similar projects can refer Agile Scrum development, so that they can better in agile development in the identification of customer needs, good management, good use of test driven development team and continuous integration, to avoid some of the software crisis.
