Research And Application Of Software Process Based On RUP And Agile Method

How to response the continuous requirement changes from the customers, frequently deliver software with high quality and make the customers satisfied already become the key factor which a software corporation survive in the jungle of software industry and the research focus in the field of software engineering. The main contexts of this dissertation are as follows:(1) Based on the background and current situation of software engineering, making research and analysis to the Rational Unified Process RUP of Rational Corporation and Scrum which is one of the most popular Agile Method in the present whole world.(2) Based on the research and analysis of advantages and limitations of RUP and Scrum, making use of the idea of Scrum to cut out the RUP properly and making use of the thinking of AUP to expand Scrum logically, introducing a software development process——AUP——Agile Unified Process.(3) Successfully applying AUP to Android smart phone operating system that is an actual project. Practice proves that AUP has made perfect result both in response to frequent changes in demand and increase the efficiency of software development.
