Treatment of wastewater treatment plant is mainly responsible for the task of JilinPetrochemical Co to deal with industrial waste water and part of Jilin area more than30sewage inhabitants. The design sewage treatment capacity is5000M3/H, theactual processing load of about140000tons/day. Now there are more than20intermediate lifting pump, each pump normal work in shifts around the clock for4~5. Due to the operation of pumping stations are scattered, relatively remote location,staff to work and work safety management problems are more. Operation andmaintenance personnel to patrol in a plurality of pump room, working content issingle, but the work load. At the same time, manual control is widely used in drainage,heavy workload, high cost, low efficiency, slow response defect, safety risk factorsand so on, the management measures and the requirements of the development of thecity more and more do not suit.In order to solve energy consumption, in the factory before the sewage liftingintermediate processing process cost, safety, equipment, labor productivity and otheraspects of the problem, I organized research group combined with the chemicalindustry the actual demand for sewage drainage system, change the traditional controlmethod shortcomings, combined with computer technology and automatic controltechnology advanced, the development of the "remote unattended monitoring systemdevelopment organizations". The system consists of data acquisition and detection,monitoring and control, remote monitoring of three parts. To realize the functionincludes: manual/automatic control of pump start and stop; the sewage tank liquidlevel monitor; the monitor the pump leaks, ultra high temperature, overload; thesewage pool of high/low liquid level alarm function; the display of the pump’sworking condition; the chain of control of the pump room, pump and wireless data transmission; function. Use "remote unattended monitoring system" managementplatform, can realize the automatic detection of the sewage tank water level and otherparameters, control the pump to work alternatively and start standby pump timely,reasonable scheduling of pump operation, effectively improve the utilization rate ofthe pump, prolongs the service life of the motor, reduce the shutdown time, improvethe drainage capacity, can be fully realized the drainage pumping station remotemonitoring and automatic control. Under normal circumstances the transformationperiod of each pump is a month’s time, prepare for the transformation period is2months.Through the development of remote unattended monitoring system, in productionmanagement, through the establishment of intelligent computer data analysis system,the standard data requirements of data acquisition and pumping station of eachprocess were compared, analysis, processing, the automatic evaluation of theparameters of each process, and automatically obtained in the control process of theequipment operation, direct control process equipment operation; at the same timethrough the operation interface to remind the operator, this is what kind of operationand adjustment, in order to protect various process parameters of running up tostandard. Computer automatic analysis and judge the fault recognition site equipmentand alarm system, system and automatically send reference instruction, to remind theoperator handling fault. At the same time, automatic control can be reduced with thepersonnel on duty, reducing labor load, coefficient of safety production, operation andreduce the production cost greatly improve.Through the development of remote unattended monitoring system, in theoperation and management, reduce the labor intensity, improve work efficiency,reduce energy consumption, product quality standards. The key technology of thissystem realizes the full automation control management intermediate lift pump,provided the conditions for factory synergism of depletion of numbers, the optimalscheduling of online operation, realize energy saving, efficiency, create great benefit.Unattended remote monitoring system of pumping station is expected to put intooperation, can effectively reduce the labor intensity of operators and staff, annualonly reduce employment will reach100people, can save labor cost more than1000 yuan. Remote unattended monitoring system with its perfect, reliable monitoring andprotection function, which can effectively avoid the accidents occur frequently in thepast, and reduce the accident loss of equipment, the average annual loss of equipmentmore than100yuan. Realization of network monitoring system, can realize datasharing, convenient query, provides convenience for operation management anddispatching decision of the sewage treatment plant, the scheduling of real-time,promoted the management level. Also has a certain theoretical research value andrealistic for the enterprise’s production efficiency and management level ofsignificance.
