Enterprise Cost Control Management Information System Based On BS Architecture

With the rapid development of economy,appeared more and more large-scale companies in domestic.With the expansion of the enterprise,the enterprise is in urgent need to use advanced information technology to realize the management of the enterprise cost operation,tracking and management each fee in the enterprise,advantageous for the enterprise development plan and decision making.Based on expands unceasingly development of the enterprise scale,in order to help enterprise internal implementation cost efficient management,the design and implementation of enterprise cost control management system has very realistic significance,and is imminent.For meet the needs of large-scale enterprise cost control management system,this thesis research work was carried out by a kind of research design and implementation about enterprise cost control management system based on BS architecture,and applied in the practical enterprise management.The main research work includes paper:(1)Based on discover about the current situation of domestic and foreign research and application of enterprise cost control management information system.Introduces and discuss the resource scheduling management principle and the key technologies of the system design.Aim at the existing research focused on how to the management of the company capital,including reimbursement,cost control and cost management,etc.How to efficient finish to the enterprise cost management,is the main goal of the cost control management system.In order to solve this problem,through the analysis and research of the enterprise business system,combined with the enterprise financial business process,using the theory of cost control to complete the cost control of enterprise management.(2)Aim at the enterprise financial business processes of the main research target in this paper,design and complete set of cost control management information system,to help enterprises to better complete the enterprise cost control.Based on the practical function in cost control management system needs,is proposed in this paper include the.NET technology,ADO.NET and ASP.NET technology,completed the system design and implementation of information technology.(3)Follow the theory development of software engineering,design of the structure of system,and design and implement of the main functional modules of the system,design including system management module,budget management module,cost submit management module,submit an expense account management module,financial management module and the query statistics management module.And mainly introduced the concrete implementation process of budget management module,cost submit management module,submit an expense account management module.(4)According to the design requirements and goals of the system,in order to ensure the availability of system,carried out function test of the system.The function test through the design test cases for enterprise cost control management information system of the enterprise,complete the comprehensive analysis of the system function.In the end,analysis the result of the test,analysis results show that,the system meet the functional requirements and target of the system.
