Research On The Protection Situation And Countermeasures Of National Archives Documentary Heritage

Archives documentary heritage is an important part of culture heritage of mankind.With the development of "Memory of the World" and " Project of Chinese Archival Document Heritage",more and more people get a clear understanding to the importance of archives documentary heritage.However,the material properties of archival document heritage decided the limitation of its life,any thinking about hoping "eternal life" of archival document heritage is not realistic,which requests us to spare no efforts to protect archives documentary heritage to extend the life of the archives.As one of the most important heritage of our country,the national archives documentary heritage should be placed in the first position of protection.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the related concepts,categories,current research status at home and abroad of national archives documentary heritage,and the research significance,innovation and shortcomings of the paper.The second part analyzes the basic situation of national archives documentary heritage,including the geographical distribution,the type of the custodian,and the document carrier.The third part studies the national archives documentary heritage from the aspects of procrastination and recurrent protection.The fourth part discusses the problems of national archives documentary heritage,such as unreasonable management system,imperfect policies and regulations,uneven protection conditions,and a good social protection atmosphere has not yet formed.The fifth part puts protection countermeasures according to the present status and problems of the national archival document heritage,including the national level protection countermeasures,the local level protection countermeasures and the social level protection countermeasures.The third,fourth and fifth parts are the main contents of the article.
