The writer integrate and optimize the other theories of VLC afteranalyzing their functional and technical structure. The writer design his own VLC for themiddle vocational school’s students.The VLC is based on Discuz X2.0and it’s most obvious characteristic is it’s forum. TheVLC can be used not only in teacher’s class but also in the social people’s self-learning. TheVLC with ample data can be used for the learning of the following software such as Photoshop,Dreamweaver and Flash, and for the VB, VC and C++. In the VLC, the teacher can arrange histask and the students can summit their works to the teacher as which provides relativelycomplete date for analyzing the trait of the students’ growth.Further more，the VLC open the model of personal space，where the knowledge andquestions that the students care about can be collected in. And also students can issue theirchanging study and they are satisfied in their need of study and emotion.The theory can only flare it’s rich colors when being used in practice. At the end of thearticle the analysis is made according to the application of the VLC to the real teaching. And thewriter also summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the VLC in the light of relationaldata of the computer teaching，the scores of the two parallel classes and the questionnaire to thestudents. It has been proved that the VLC can enrich the teachers’ teaching means and improvethe students’ interest and their creativity.In summary, the writer put forward the measure to perfect the VLC.
