Compared with the traditional method of direct heating and drying, the radio-frequency has the advantages of high efficiency, uniform drying, wide adaptability, smalldamage to drying material and accurate regain control, and is suitable for large-scaleautomation integrated control. The control system is an important part of theradio-frequency heating and drying apparatus, and has a direct impact on theperformance of the system and the drying effect of the fabric. The main content of thispaper is the research and design of the hardware and software for RF heating and dryingdevice control system. Firstly, it introduces the process requirements and system controlprogram of RF drying equipment, and the same time optimizes the selection of thehardware and software development platform. Secondly, it gives the design solutions ofthe hardware and software system, and the solutions are respectively completed throughthe draw of PCB board and the software programming. Finally, the combined test resultsof the entire control system are in line with the expected effect that it can achieve theaccurate and control of the entire RF heating device.The design concept of hardware circuit is simple structure and stable performance,so as to ensure that the system can accurately stable operation. The main controller isARM chip that the STMicroelectronics Cortex-M332-bit RISC as the internal core,and then the core circuit and peripheral module circuit of the processor are designed. Theapplication of12A/D that comes with the processor has the higher acquisition accuracyof data.AM2303, TFT-LCD module are used that enhance the stability of the entiresystem, while simplify the design complexity of the system.This system uses the programming ideas of modular and structured and theprogramming language of C language. Firstly, the flow of the main program of the system has been designed, and then this paper designs relatively the independentprogramming for system initialization, data acquisition, stepper motor control,485communications, TFT-LCD calibration and display. The fuzzy PID control technology isapplied by this system, and the error and error rate of change are as input to change thePID parameter with fuzzy rules online, so as to achieve the intelligent control for thedrying process.The experimental results show that the system can work stability to meet the designrequirements and achieve the effectively control of peripherals, such as touch screen andstepper motor, and can effectively monitor the data on the temperature and humidityinside the oven. It provides a practical solution for the control of the radio frequencydryer.
