Solar energy,as a unique green energy source in this region,is both energy-saving and environmentally friendly.It is used to dry herbage and other materials.Its quality is excellent,and its economic and social benefits have great potential.In this paper,it is difficult to ensure that the temperature of drying medium is constant,which affects the internal quality and efficiency of drying materials.Compared with conventional PID algorithm and fuzzy algorithm,a fuzzy PID adaptive control algorithm suitable for alfalfa drying temperature control system is proposed.Under Matlab / Simulink,the PID and fuzzy PID algorithms for temperature control and their combination were simulated.The fuzzy PID controller of parameters Kp,Ki and Kd is studied by using the fuzzy inference method.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID algorithm is superior to other algorithms in terms of overregulation,stability,and anti-interference,and has strong adaptability and robustness.In order to achieve the above control algorithm,an automatic control system of solar drying and auxiliary heating temperature is designed with the single chip microcomputer as the core.The design of the hardware part of the temperature control system focuses on temperature detection and temperature control circuit design.It adopts a dual-loop control strategy,controls the auxiliary heater all the way,and coordinates the control of the fan wind volume to adjust the temperature of the drying box to a constant.A single bus digital temperature sensor DS18B20 was selected,and a solid-state relay SSR-25 DA control auxiliary heater was adopted.And having designed the output channel,control,display and alarm circuit and other peripheral circuits of intelligent control of the constant temperature system.In the software section,the main control program was developed by using C language software design,as well as temperature collection program,temperature control program,temperature display,keys,alarm and other module programs.The main program calls the PWM wide modulation output module program to automatically coordinate the wind volume of the fan and the input PWM of the heater,so as to adjust the temperature of the drying box and detect feedback in time.The combination of hardware and software makes the advantages of SCM appear,the function is guaranteed and the operating efficiency is high.At the same time,the time variability and uncertainty of the drying process parameters are reduced.After compiling and debugging,the results show that the solar-assisted heating system can meet therequirements of the drying box temperature,high temperature control accuracy,good tracking effect,and high reliability,which provides a reference for further research on drying temperature control.
