The Fuzzy Control And Simulation Of Wood Drying Kiln By Microcomputer

Entering 21 century, more and more wood is needed by people. So it is the most urgent problem for making high automatic drying apparatus. The purpose of this thesis is devising a wood drying controller for wood drying kiln and other complicated control object. This paper applies fuzzy control technology to establish fuzzy model for wood drying kiln, and realize intelligent control of wood drying process.Because the complicacy of wood drying process is difficult to confirm its model, we utilize wood drying technology and experiential worker, combine fuzzy control technology and Matlab language to strypped-down the system.The hardware core of this control system is microprocessor AT89C52. The software adopt microprocessor advanced language FranklinCSl to write code. Thus, not only fuzzy control algorithms and hardware, software of system can be combined adequately; The superiority of fuzzy control algorithms can be fully exerted; but the fuzzy control will apply in industry process control ulteriorly. It will propel the intelligentized progress of automatic control.During the process of studying this task, it is argued about the superiority of using fuzzy control to settle this problem firstly. After that, the MATLAB is used to strypped-down and make sure the control effect of fuzzy control algorithms. Finally, it use microprocessor as systemic palm; use microprocessor advanced language to devise the control procedure. So it comes true the wood drying kiln automatic control system. Therefore , it will promote the automatic control development of wood drying process.
