Found in the project implementation, the coal mine goaf coalface is different, can make the filling pipe length is different; A and B in the pipelinefilling technology, can make the filling liquid viscosity is different; A and B pipe of longdistance and filling liquid viscosity, will cause the liquid flow filling size, before gettinginto the underground mixer can’t control the A and B single fluid flow, which can wellmeet the requirements of filling effect.Handan mining group high water flow control problem is actually A small inertia,large delay and uncertain object of control, conventional control method is very difficultto well realize the control of the controlled object, adopts the fuzzy control strategy tocontrol B pipeline filling liquid flow, pipe flow B with A pipe to set, before getting intothe underground mixer control of A and B single fluid flow,try to keep in1:1,implement Heng jian the coal mine water filling high quality completed.In the light of the practical engineering problems,the summary of Handan mininggroup in high water filling technology, on the basis of research and application presentsituation, points out that the realization of high water filling liquid flow uniformity forfurther study and solve problems; Theory of fuzzy control and expert control methodand characteristics are analyzed, and puts forward the expert fuzzy control technologyapplied in packing fluid flow; Achieve ultrahigh water filling flow control system of thePC monitoring system and the design of the mechanical and electrical control system;And through the project production of the operation curve, verify that the designedsystem can effectively improve the efficiency of high water filling mining, satisfy theproduction and process requirement, to solve the problem of uneven filling mininggroup, has broad prospects in the mine filling.
