In the starting/stopping process of the coal mill in the direct-fired coal system,the big fluctuation of the main stream pressure often causes that the coordinate control system can't run continuously in the automatic mode.For this case,this paper introduces a control strategy,which is the compound of fuzzy control and traditional PID control. This paper introduces the principle,the composing,control flow and the simulation of this control strategy in details.And the base control rule is according to the results of the optimization with genetic algorithms.The control strategy realizes the intelligent optimized control during the starting/stopping process of the coal mill.In the view of the control system for heat power engineering,it makes the persistence running of the AGC of the large scale units that burn coal becomes possible. |
