Building energy consumption will be the main growth point of China’s future energy consumption. Face the phenomenon of limited level of statistical for energy, extensive statistics,management oversight and serious energy waste of some places, the energy consumption intelligent monitoring technology will have great influence on China’Based on the analysis of several key communication technology, in order to reduce energy waste and to improve the level of building energy management, using the transmission medium by Internet and ZigBee network for data collection, and based on the GPRS and3G technology for intellgent monitoring, the system of intelligent monitoring technology that access to Internet have been designed,which could calculate and collect the building energy consumption and the environment information,and then upload the information to the local management system and the remote management system. The administrators and users could regulate the energy data,grasp the environment information and monitor the equipments of the buildings in real time. The remote management system could obfuscate and study the long time collected environment information by the fuzzy neural network algorithm and then generate control variables that are close to the human’s natural language which can control the building’s equipments and achieve the goal of smart energy-saving.This paper mainly through research on ZigBee technical characteristics and agreement build an energy data acquisition network based on ZigBee-Mesh network to measurement the energy consumption and environment information. Designed the software and hardware for the ZigBee network equipment(FFD),and use the low power consumption Atmega128single-chip microcomputer as the master chip, with2.4GHz IEEE802.15.4standard low power consumption low voltage CC2420chip as modules acquisition node equipment. The local management system uses the ARM920T microprocessor to be the central processor with the parallel processing system Linux internal.The Boa service is also configurated in the Linux system which could provide dynamic interaction of WEB. The CGI program is used to collect energy data and to monitor and control the equipments in buildings.The energy data is permanent storaged by large databases and alse is dynamic analysis by asp.net program. The history data and experts suggest then be published by dynamic web technology. The management quality could be improved and users could clearly know the situation of their energy using.This paper provided a good foundation by research on energy consumption data subentry measurement and wireless acquisition network for the building energy consumption data with networked, informationized,transparencily. And provided a good theoretical basis by the fuzzy neural network algorithm to the analytical processing of the building’s environment information with intelligent, automation management of the building’s energy consumption. Completed the design of energy saving and energy monitoring system as a practical technology of buildings for energy saving transformation and energy audit, accomplished the goals in buildings energy conservation.
