| This paper briefly describes the technical characteristics of microwave communication, summed up the results of the current study abroad satellite signal receiver, and then describes the design of the S-band satellite spectrum monitoring system. First, because the system’s ultra-wideband input signal and large dynamic range, so the need for signal gain flatness over a wide frequency band to optimize the choice of bandwidth gain as relatively flat components, in addition, need to be added digitally controlled attenuator for power adjusted to maximize the dynamic range, and for the first time before mixing. Because the system needs to suppress spurious, so when setting frequency repeatedly considered the frequency size, for a variety of harmonic components after mixing, you need to add media filter to filter out, after a second mixer. After mixing, the need for small, good filtering performance SAW filter further filter spurious, but also added AGC circuit, and a digitally controlled attenuator previous stage together, constitute the output power adjustment, the output power of the system is stable. Ultimately the effective monitoring of the satellite spectrum, the whole system has broadband, low spurious, miniaturization and other characteristics.This article uses the ADS, ADI and Genesys software simulation, and use Protel, Solidworks and other tools for the circuit and structural design. By the test results, the indicators meet the system requirements. |
