Research And Development Of TDT Production Data Management System Based On Wireless Terminals

All along, the information level of discrete manufacturing enterprise is not high. As the market competition continues to be strengthened, they increasing are urgent to have information about the process of manufacturing in real time and study a new available method of job scheduling. Only in this way they can do the workshop production management well and enhance their own market competitiveness. But now, most of the information at the production site isn’t collected and used effectively. Only a small part of it is recorded manually. At the same time, the work job plan is usually made by workers’experience. And most of the cases, it is proved to be unreasonable and often appears bottleneck. So it is necessary to collect workshop information in real time, study algorithm and make reasonable job plan to improve the production efficiency.In this paper, aimed at TDT’s (Jiuyi Company) present situation of workshop production management and business process, we analyze the needs of the production data management system and determine the scheme of data collection and functional modules of the system. At the same time according to the company’s current situation and existing problems of management and operation, we established mathematical model and develop the heuristic algorithm which is based on operation rules for the operation plan arrangement. We classify and code the data in the workshop. And on this basis we design the subsystem which is based on wireless terminal and MCGS. Then we design the network structure of wireless terminal and modules of the MCGS acquisition terminal such as production, equipment and quality in detail. Though the analysis of the database’needs, we design and create database tables.Finally we design the network structure of system and software modules and use development tools to design the man-machine interactive interface. At last we verify the operability of the system through examples show.
