With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, social progress is accelerating.Enterprises urgently need an efficient and intelligent information management system toimprove their office efficiency and management level, so the intelligent cooperative officesystem becomes the choice of many companies. Work plan management system is animportant part of the cooperative office system, it is very helpful for the employees tomake their personal work plans and department managers to make departmental workplans, thus it can greatly improving the efficiency of the daily office work.This paper describes the requirements of the work plan management system first, andthen divide the system to some smaller modules, at the same time, complete the databasedesign according to the functional description of each module, then describes thearchitecture of the system and related technologies and frameworks, briefly describes theuse of framework in the system, at last, describes the implementation of each sub-module.In the process of requirements analysis, we decided to divide work plans to week, monthand quarter plans by different cycle, to personal, work group, departmental plans bydifferent plan maker.The system architecture based on J2EE, as the B/S structure, and development toolsis Eclipse, database is Oracle10G, WEB server is Tomcat6.0. The system brings in theMVC design pattern, so that different part can provide different functions, and in thedevelopment process, using advanced code version management software SVN tocoordinate the developer’s work. After deployment and test of the system, the operationsituation of the system is good, and it can meet the requirements of users.
