Electronic commerce is defined in an open network environment, based on browser/server applications, not met buyers and sellers to carry out a variety of business activities, online shopping, online transactions between businesses and on-line electronic payment and a variety of business activities, business activities, financial activities and related activities of the integrated services of a kind of new commercial operation mode. At present, the electronic commerce as a network of new economic activities has been developed to enhance economic competition ability, win the global allocation of resources and effective means.Dongting Lake is the country’s four largest freshwater lake, area region is vast, aquatic products breeding and processing enterprises quantity, wide distribution and scattered, the traditional oral on the way of information transmission, lake scene transaction model has been difficult to cope with the current consumption of the instant demand of the market, supply and demand information can not be immediately and accurately communicate, a lot of fresh water product sales value too low, information asymmetry makes the Dongting Lake area aquatic products sales face new dilemma.
