With the development of computer informatization, the digital campus hasbecome the key of the campus informatization construction in order to improve theefficiency of management and the quality of campus services. In many digital campusconstruction, the green campus construction based on the informatization as thecarrier concentrate to solve the problem of campus energy consumption, whichhighlight the efficiency and function of digital campus, and which become one of thekey construction of the campus informatization. The campus as a public institutionwith high energy consumption, through the Green Campus construction to achieve theenergy conservation supervision is also a good combination of technology andscientific management. The dissertation discusses the fundamental problems ofelectric energy by researching the issue about how to optimize electric energyconsumption for green campus, as a result, the design of campus electric energymonitoring system is availale and practical.It shows significant effect ondemonstration and application.Firstly, this dissertation expounds the present construction situation for DigitalCampus and Green Campus at home and broad, and puts forward some shortageexisted. In view of the situation of the electric energy waste and incompletemonitoring, it puts forward the thought of service-oriented architecture based onInternet of things to realize the electric energy monitoring system of the GreenCampus.Secondly, through the way such as library and Internet to read a large number ofliterature, and then carefully analyze the typical cases and master the basic theoreticalknowledge, and then go to the campus field to investigate the campus electric energymonitoring situation, with the detailed user need information, thus it gives out theneed analysis of the electric power monitoring system for the Green Campus. At thesame time, it grasps the practice as the standard for testing to design a detailedelectric energy monitoring system combined with the thoughts of the campusmanagement of Digitization, Tabulation, Refinement and Informatization, whichrealizes and ensures the high efficient, economic and prospective electric energymonitoring system of the Green Campus.Finally, after doing test for the functions as electric energy informationcollection, prepayment management and assessment that realized by electric energy monitoring system according to the Green Campus,the test results and data reflectsthe new ideas about the energy-saving of the management and system. The test resultsalso show that the electric energy monitoring system can combine with the practicalenergy situation of all our campus to stop the unreasonable energy-using situation, tomeet the requirements of the administrative department of the school, and to complywith the technical development trend. In addition, the electrical energy audit andevaluation functions provided by the electric energy management system can makethe campus management institution to do replanning and management for the campuselectric energy, and then to provide the basic platform for the campus’s finemanagement of energy using and the energy conservation and emissions reductionwith the help of the digital campus network and finally to realize the modernmanagement mode of energy conservation.
