With the innovation of informationized teaching and the development ofartificial intelligence, the study of intelligent test paper composition technologyonline has become one of the hot topics in the area of teaching innovation. Test papercomposition is a process, in which some specific conditional test questions arematched under the optimization of multi-objective parameters.The efficiency and thequality of test paper composition are largely depends on whether the design of the testdatabase and the option of the arithmetic for selecting examination questions areresonable. The main disadvantages of the traditional paper constructing arithmeticare the low speed of large batches of generated papers and the low quality of thosepapers. Nowadays, the online exam system has basically realised many functions,such as the random automatic group volume and students online test and objectiveproblem automatical judging and so on, but in intelligent test paper composition,multidisciplinary average system, automatic marking and examination paper analysisare not mature enough.For the shortcomings in the test system, this thesis, based on a lot of literatureresearch, proposed an improved genetic algorithm automatic test paper compositionstrategy, and applies the test paper composition arithmetic to the process of the onlineexam system test paper composition. It’s proved that take one-way closeness functionto grade subjective item according to the weight of key words in the answers canmuch better reflect the student’s level objectively.This paper uses the improved genetic algorithm, with difficulty, questions,differentiation degree as the main control parameters to establish a mathematicalmodel of automatic generating test paper based on the analysis of the significance ofonline examination system algorithmic research. Improved genetic algorithm is putforward based on natural evolution (selection, genetic variation, genetic (Darwin) andthe survival of the fittest) thought. It is based on a spatial search algorithm. Improvedgenetic algorithm is through chromosome coding, initial population, calculate thecurrent population of each individual fitness, selection, crossover, mutation,termination and a series of processes. It designs a keyword matching and keywordssimilarity matching subjective automated assessment algorithm according to the fuzzyone-way approach degree theory, and develop a "user management, examination management, paper management, automatic test paper, online examinations, testpapers, scores" and other functions of the online examination system.Thedevelopment of the system functional test and logic test ensure the development of thesystem is suitable, taking into account the security of the exam, the secondary landing,online examination system provides a user-friendly, highly interactive and highresponsiveness. System testing shows that this system has high efficiency andreliability in test paper composition.
