In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet technology, multimediatechnology and database technology, the use of modern teaching methods has become atrend in the development of education, each school has not only realized themulti-media teaching, and some schools have been using the online examassessment ofstudent learning conditions, to improve the fairness of the exam. The majority ofschools in the exam using the traditional exam candidates exam, manual scoring,performance assessment, and papers, from the labor of the volume, the entire processtook a lot of manpower and resources, inefficiency, has been difficult to adapt to therequirements of modern teaching. In urgent demand, online network test emerged viathe Internet, it can make the school administrators, teachers and students at any time,any place of organization of the examination, not only can simplify the teachers proctortasks, and improve exam efficiency, making the test more objective and reasonable.Online test system is the most important step is to papers prepared traditionalartificial intended subjective factors, the degree of difficulty can not be grasp computerautomatic test paper can improve the reasonableness and fairness of the Test Paper. Inthis thesis, a detailed study of the biological genetic algorithm based on using geneticalgorithm optimization problem-solving approach to iterative test paper generation, aftera number of iterations can get the most scientific and rational papers, making for thepapers of moderate difficulty the real test of the level of the candidates. On this basis,the thesis analyzes the examination of the school’s current status and problems, and a lotof reading literature network test system needs analysis, and design of the overallsystem architecture and functional modules. The system is based in the B/S three-tierarchitecture model based on the use of all the questions in the information in the SQLServer2008database storage system, developed in the Visual Studio2008developmentenvironment, the foreground show C#technology developed, server background usingASP. NET technology development, and will eventually be embedded into the geneticalgorithm Test Paper mode system, network test system. The system uses XML filepapers can effectively improve the concurrent operation of the system to meet the requirements of a large number of candidates at the same time operating system, andenhance the robustness of the system.The network test system after requirements analysis, system design andimplementation, complete user management, bank management, Paper GenerationCandidates management, automatic scoring function to support multiple-choicequestions, fill-false questions, short answer, essay questionsand other kinds of questions,the final system is divided into the administrator application subsystem applicationsubsystem of teachers as well as students application subsystems three sub-systems.Questions in, the system automatically extract questions and random test paper, thecontent of the candidates in a specified time to complete the questions to answer andsubmit papers, the system automatically generates scoring test scores, not only scientificand efficient, and improve the examination of justice and rationality.
