The forest is our survival environment, it can break wind and solid sands,consecrate soil and water, release oxygen, beautify the environment, it also can providethe wood and forest products for people’s living and working. Forest is also animportant economy resource of our country. But forest fires will bring serious damage.Recent years, the technology on forest fire prevention prompts rapidly, our countryestablished the intelligent monitoring system for forest fire prevention, using GPS, GISand other information technology to do large monitoring. Combined with years of forestfire prevention experience, we already set up a set of perfect forest fire prevention andcommand system. By this we can monitor the forest climate change in real-time andrealize the data update faster and more accurate,so we can do forestry fire preventionwell and strengthen forest fire prevention safety management, provide correct decisionfor the fire fighting command. But many fire fighters do not know the advancedtechnology, so these techniques aren’t used in forest fire extinguishing work.Recent years, China’s information technology develop rapidly, it has beenintegrated into our production, life and learning. We use the information platform forforest fire prevention staff training. Through the network, training staff can learn theknowledge of fire prevention and fire prevention technology, not only save a lot ofmanpower and resources, but also shortens the fire training and fire personnel distance,also can make the fire knowledge popularization. This training mode is flexible andeasy to manage, if we can do personnel training assessment on time, it will be morehelpful for forest fire prevention knowledge propaganda.This study combined with Greater Khingan Range’s forest fire preventionpersonnel training mode, using the SOA (Service-Oriented Archite) structure design andanalysis system, describes the Web Services service and service oriented architectureconcept. Combined the SOA service oriented architecture with the process, the content, the integration of knowledge of forest fire prevention personnel training, designed theoperational services system, it can reduce the complexity of the system, suit the fastchange of business and effectively contro the software dependence of system ondevelopment. In the end, the NET Framework platform, SQL Server for large datastorage containers developed the information platform for the forest protectionpersonnel and used in training.
