Titanium and titanium alloy are widely used in high-tech fields such as aerospace, marine, military defense. With the increase of the amount of the application, the secondary use of titanium and titanium alloy’s scrap generated during processing is more and more important. To improve the control level of the residual titanium recycling production line, this passage makes the residual titanium recycling production line for study opposite, discusses of constitutes of the recycling line process hardware and its characteristics analyses the relationship of the silo weight, feeding speed and the recovery process. For main recycling parameters and characteristics of titanium and rare metal, a first-order inertia feed speed control mathematical model has been set up, a model-based fuzzy PID feed speed control strategy has been studied, and a structure of control system has also been constituted with multi-bus.According to the characteristics of the actual production of the production line, it has researched design principles of the sequence control for different controlled object. Combined with the material speed control stability requirements, this paper suggests control rules for residual titanium recycling line, according to the actual situation, makes the sequence control rules achieve in the PLC programming.The multiple field bus was used as the system network structure for residual titanium recycling production line. It was assembled distributed control system on the basis of field bus with IPC, PLC and intelligent instruments to improved the stability and immunity. The HMI was designed by InTouch configuration software, IPC collected process parameters and system status, which improved the operability of the system greatly.
