First of all, the author analyzes the kinds of structure of rate control system now,and introduces its characteristic and application range. To solve the problem of lower burning rate of heating stove with difficulties to control rapidly and accurately in the rate control of gas and air, the authors puts forward a kind of algorithm with proportional-fuzzy- Proportional and Integral to improve controlling precision of the control system of the heating stove.The control method is different in different control course.Because acquire the maths model about the rate control system of gas and air in heating stove is difficult,as a result ,the method of adopting only PID control or fuzzy control is not adapt to the controlling system.The author adopt the method of combining the PID control and fuzzy control to controlling system.Proportional control is made use of improving the speediness of system;Fuzzy control is made use of improving adjustability of system to the parameter of process;PI control is adopted in order to improved precision of steady state.Secondly, because fuzzy control is in fact a kind of nonlinear PD control ,so, its controlling precision is lower.The paper analyses the reason of lower controlling precision of conventional fuzzy controller ,then puts forward a kind of method in order to improved the controlling precision about fuzzy control,the simulation result proves the method is availability.If the determine field of fuzzy tongue variable and the control rules of manpower are symmetry, its fuzzy control table is slanting symmetry.So,the time of accounting the fuzzy control table is in half,the storage space of program is saved in half.The author prove the theorem of sltanting symmetry of fuzzy control table.Finally, the author design the hardware and software about the rate control system of gas heating stove.
