In the worldwide urbanization progress, the development of the "City" has caught spotlight of the community. The city, as a gathering place for human productivity and living, is the birthplace of civilization. The city not only in cultural innovation and civilization gave birth to bear an important role to play in the process of modernization and construction of the role of the material bearer and the human spirit. The direct impact of globalization is to promote the country’s blend of open exchanges and economic cooperation, but also brought a fierce competition among cities and cultural competition.
