Traditional paper based notebooks were commonly used by everybody to help improving life and work. Nowadays, human has entered network society along with the rapid development of computer science and network technology. Many electronic notebooks have been developed to help human to handle massive information in such a network society. Electronic notebook has become a very effective tool to handle digital knowledge base and information, it’s easy to use and been widely used to, not only record, store and query information, which is similar to traditional notebook, but also effectively share knowledge, been creative on top of existing knowledge etc. In recent years, the appearance of cloud computing and cloud storage has helped making the original electronic notebook even more effective by introducing of mobility, cross platform and multimedia recording, therefore makes it been used more widely by massive population.The recording behavior itself has been impacted significantly by the appearance of electronic notebook. Recording of information is accomplish by hand writing and hand painting mainly when paper notebook was used. While along with the development of smart phone and3G communications, the record of graph, audio and video information and the sharing of them via network becomes much easier, information itself becomes richer simultaneously. This recording method is closer to the way human brain handling stored information, this is the method traditional paper notebook not be able to accomplish. The revolution of audio recognition technology makes input of characters not only relive on typing, hence offered more convenience way to the input of electronic notebook and introduces a new leap of recording behavior itself.
