With the development of Internet and information technology, the society has entered an era of networks. Learning through Internet becomes so popular. This paper argues how to write personal notes in the web platform. On research of domestic and international progress in this field, the system of Electronic Notebook is designed, which is based on C / S. Its character lies in the effect of simulating students'noting on books. In addition to adding to the keyword Tagging, which is the core function, it can also notes the contents as several effects, such as fonts, colors, etc. Taking into account the convenience, the system specifically provides common editing function, such as Cut, Copy, etc, and this makes E-learning so easy.The design mainly uses MVC framework, the code technology, MD5 data encryption technology, dynamic tree technology, keyword Tagging technology, the management of the rights of public Electronic Notebook and fuzzy query technology.The paper is divided into six chapters. Chapter 1 is an Introduction of current progress on Tagging technology, and makes the designing goals. Using the thinking of software engineering, Chapter II makes a detailed analysis and UML modeling. The third chapter describes the main technical. Chapter IV provides a framework of designing a network of Electronic Notebook systems. Chapter V analyzes how to accomplish, and gives solutions. The final chapter draws the conclusion and forecasts for prospects.Based on C / S mode, the system mainly uses the language of JSP and JavaScript, MySQL database background and Tomcat as web server.
