As people’s living standards improved, increasing emphasis on access toinformation, people’s spiritual life also improve, radio and television as thetraditional mainstream media, has been to occupy an important place in people’sdaily life, it’s the most important source for people to obtain information. In the21stCentury, the digital construction has become white-hot, brought about radicalchanges to people’s lives, the demands of digital TV is increasing day by day, inorder to build a more complete digital TV network, Various digital TV staff dedicatedtesting tools continue to be developed. By the limitations of the technologydevelopment, traditional digital TV test tools are often large server levelinstrument,it’s very inconvenient to use, and the functionality is very limited, withthe rapid development of integrated circuits and embedded technology, a variety ofsmall portable digital TV special testing tools continue to be developed, feature-rich,low prices, high cost performance.This paper described the purpose and significance of the subject, as well as thedevelopment and status of the stream player. First of all, I introduced the ASI andSDI interface and the USB interface in theory, the stream player basic principles,technical indicators and research methods; And describes the design stream playeroverall program. Second, in the design of the hardware circuit, Optional integrated51-core chip USB2.0CY7C68013A as microprocessor, based on FPGA logic systemto implement a data processing and interface conversion, respectively designedbalancing/driving circuit, the data processing circuit and the USB microcontrollercircuit. Again, on the basis of summing up the stream player hardware design work,detailed stream player software architecture as well as implementation of the system,including the PC interface, USB firmware, FPGA program modules, CPLD dynamicloader. Finally, through the testing and analysis of the experimental data obtained the stream player of the parameters, and summarize the problems in the design process.It is sent to the accuracy of±1b stream any speed between0to216Mb, andreceive real-time stream to analysis.MPEG2-TS stream SD and HD decoder isbi-directional ASI/SDI BNC interface, full-duplex,188and204-byte packet length.
