In the Internet era of the birth, the micro-film of this new thing showing a rapid development momentum, and swept along with the micro-film, the micro-film category of television programs are gradually flourish now. At present, as China’s first professional micro-film Tasting and Commenting program, Shaanxi TV’s "China micro film" actually added a new bright spot within the kind of state in the program for such television programs. Overall, as a professional Tasting and Commenting TV show, the target of "China micro film" could be seen as hinge on micro-film to television media as a distribution platform, combined with tasting and commenting program forms to guide the audience in the right way to recognize and appreciate micro film. In the face of such a situation, we may can not help but send this question, namely in the fierce market competition, whether this nascent program form could achieve a place for its own development? Whether today’s development of this kind of state programs could meet the audience requirements on the micro-film professionals tasting and commenting program in various aspects? Also, how to find a suitable micro-film professional tasting and commenting program development status of the road to achieve a sustainable development? With this problem, I selected propagation mechanisms, communication value and audience effect as the analysis of these three aspects as a breakthrough, by that method come to the " China micro film " section for detailed analysis and inquiry, but in fact these three angles in turns correspond to the communicator, the background environment and the recipients in the dissemination of relevant content on the output, and through the results of these three studies compared with each other, and thus can be found in the program that there were still advantages and shortcomings, by this study method, proposing strategies for the tentative idea of the sustainable development of the micro-film professional tasting and commenting program.
